This morning, at approximately 05:10, I finished the last square in my current blanket project! I was so excited to do that last stitch, and was determined to get it done before I finished my shift. Thankfully, I got it done and I can now share a preview layout of the finished piece!

| Lots and lots of squares! |
Obviously, all of the squares need pressing, and I need to sew in all of the loose ends, but otherwise it’s ready to rock! So tomorrow I will start some frantic stitching, before starting the border to finish the blanket. I’m so pleased with the outcome. I just laid out the squares to get a rough idea of the overall effect for this photo, so the finished blanket will be more thought out in the colour placements. I’m really pleased with how it looks though!
