I used this recipe for Raspberry and White Chocolate Traybake, from the Good Food website. It’s one that I’ve had in my favourites for ages, but then forgot about. Today was my moment to try it out!
The recipe is super duper easy, and it took less than an hour from start to finish, including all the prep! After lots of refrigeration, I sliced it all up this evening and couldn’t be happier – it tastes gorgeous! I’m so proud of myself, and am feeling confident to make another baking attempt soon. I’ll also definitely be cooking this up again!
