There are so many patterns I am looking forward to working on at the moment! I’ve definitely got the crochet bug niggling at me, right now, which is really fantastic!
I’ve just started work on an adorable zebra ami, which I’m making for a friend’s baby. It’s really cute and I can’t wait to see the finished product!

My zebra is going to be pink and white, and I am using the Sirdar Snowflake yarn that I mentioned in a previous entry. I think “Zeb” is so cute though; if you’re interested in making your own, you can find the pattern on Etsy.
I’m going to make a cow for the baby’s brother, so he doesn’t feel left out! He loves farm animals, because his Daddy works on a farm, so hopefully a cow will be a good choice!
Also in the running for future projects, are an octopus for my best friend, a turtle for another friend, an adorable rabbit pattern that I found (I rarely make anything for myself!), and loads more. I’d also love to make another ami by both Dawn Toussaint and Lydia Tresselt! Watch this space, I suppose!
Super cuteness on the Zebra!
I wish I could get to grips with crochet. I see all these lovely critters and I can't even get past the first line… still…
Hey ho, guess I have to admire the work of others instead 🙂
This isn't my finished zebra. It's the one pictured in the pattern. Mine is pink and white, and currently only has a head, ears and neck! Hopefully it'll be finished soon.
When I started doing crochet (other than blankets) I worked patterns from Lion Brand Yarn, which are fab. That's a good pointer! And if you ever need any help, please feel free to ask =D
