My first venture into crocheted jewellery! I found this great pattern by Marianne Dekkers-Roos via Pinterest a couple of months ago and thought it would be perfect for the Summer Fun Day. I’ve actually made a couple of different colours but have only photographed this colourway…
It makes a really cool long strand necklace, which you can wrap around up to 3 times, depending on your desired length. I worked all of mine in Sirdar Crofter DK because I wanted them to have a softer look than the ones on the pattern – I think it works well?
Two wraps and three. These are right up my street (in all of the colours…I’ll have to dig the others out but it’d nice to have some surprises to sell, right?) and I think they’ll appeal to quite a few different people. They’re super lightweight and will jazz up any outfit (though I would opt for a plain top like my one above⬆).
